The open stable, riding arena and pastures for the horses are on around 7ha.
An orchard with around 100 fruit trees and the vegetable garden inside make healthy eating easy.
A lake of around 2ha and woodland complete the property.
The buildings were restored by me over many years in their original style, with emphasis on functionality and quality.
The main house now has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One with a copper bathtub, the other two with a shower.
On the ground floor there are 2 large living rooms with a fireplace or Swedish stove. All rooms on the ground floor have underfloor heating under room-length oak floorboards, as there was no space for radiators.
On the 1st floor all rooms have original old cast iron radiators. There is an oil central heating system installed, which is housed with the oil tanks in a small hut next to the main building.

The annex houses 2 apartments, which we rented out in the summer.

The small one is a 60m² studio, with a living room, dining room, bedroom of approx. 35m², a kitchen and a bathroom with a tub.

The large one is spread over 2 floors with approx. 110m². On the ground floor there is a large room of approx. 36m² which combines an open kitchen, dining area and living area. A guest toilet is attached to it.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with up to 6 beds and a bathroom with a tub and skylight.

In front of the apartments there is a terrace with a table and chairs and sun loungers.

The open horse stable leans against the fence of the property and is surrounded by paddocks.

The pastures are directly adjacent to this, in the middle of which is the 40x20m riding arena.

In the orchard behind the main house there are around 100 fruit trees with apples, pears, cherries, plums, mirabelles, peaches and nectarines. There is also a large vegetable garden for our own organic vegetables.

We water our vegetables with well water, which we pump from the ancient well directly in front of the main house.

A short walk takes you to our own 2 hectare swimming and fishing lake. This is surrounded by forest, which is teeming with porcini mushrooms in the autumn.

The area here is perfect for long rides and bike tours, there are countless castles, grottos and other sights to visit, and a wonderful go-kart course is only 11 km away.

The nearest town with all shopping facilities is around 5 km away, larger cities are around 50 km away.
